1245 files
The collection contains decisions, minutes of regional council meetings, instructions, extracts from the minutes of the administrative committee, atheistic work plans, lists of religious societies and sects, certificates, statements and other documents on religious cults, documents for the registration of religious associations, lists and questionnaires of the employees of the regional council, information on the size of population and information on the participation of national minorities. There are files of disenfranchised persons of Jewish nationality. Personal files include a card of the disenfranchised person with personal data, data on the economy (the number of cattle, presence of equipment, annual revenue, number of employees) and an extract from the minutes of the Joint Meeting of poor peasants with the reasons for the deprivation of rights.
Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.
Simultaneously with the creation of the district executive committee, the Maryanovsky District Soviet of Workers, Peasants 'and Soldiers' Deputies was formed, as well as the jurisdiction of the executive committee of branch departments, administrations and committees.
In 1936, 6 village councils (Bogolyubovsky, Maryanovsky, Novy Popovski, Nokinsky, Pokrovsky, Stepninsky) and Aul Council number 11 acted on the territory of the Maryanovsky district.
The main forms of work of the District Council were sessions that were convened at least 4 times a year. The sessions discussed the budget and plans for socio-economic development of the district, reported on their implementation and decided the most important economic and organisational issues.
In 1963 the Maryanovsky executive committee was abolished. In 1965 it was restored. In 1993 it was finally abolished by the decree of the President.]]>
