- Brief ts account (2pp, 1997) of her evacuation as a Jewish schoolgirl with her younger brother from Stepney, east London to Windsor, Berkshire (September 1939 - 1945) giving a good example of how well evacuees and their families could integrate into the villages upon whom they were billeted, and including a comment on how the constraints of their religion were relaxed in order to accommodate wartime conditions.
