- Memoir (50pp ts, pp 41-42 missing) of his early life in a Jewish community in small-town Poland in the 1920s and 1930s, the antisemitic measures and atrocities following the German invasion of the country in 1939, going into hiding in October 1942 to escape deportation and his subsequent experiences as a member of a Jewish partisan group, describing operations against the German Army and against members of the Polish Home Army (AK) who were also regarded as enemies, executions of collaborators and spies, and relations with the People's Army and Russian partisans during the later stages of the war (in the summer of 1944 he became involved in police work to track down former collaborators).
