- Photocopy of an unpublished (?) monograph (50pp ts, in German) written by Wolfram Selig of the Munich City Archives: 'The Schachnos - Fate of a Munich Jewish Family', based largely on family papers and other records in the archives, documenting the recent history of the Schachno family with particular reference to Josef and Hedwig Schachno, who suffered persecution by the Nazis during the 1930s, attempted without success to emigrate to Palestine (Josef was a committed Zionist), and were deported to Theresienstadt in 1942 and put to death in Auschwitz in late 1944, concluding with the story of their daughter Fanny and granddaughter Hanna [Golinski] who survived the war in Switzerland and emigrated to Palestine thereafter.
