- This series contains the original minute book of the committee, which covers the period from its creation in 1949 to 1960. The fate of later records of the committee's work is not known.Following the ending of the UK-run mandate in Palestine in 1948, a UK trust fund was established to provide for the dependents of those killed or wounded by terrorist action in Palestine. It was administered by this committee, which was run by the Colonial Office.
