- A collection of sermons on the weekly readings, etc.Fols 1r-66vדרשות וחדושים על פרשיות השבוע, על התלמוד ועודDerashot ṿe-ḥidushim ʿal parshiyot ha-shavuaʿ, ʿal ha-Talmud ṿe-ʿod.Note: Among the included: "מהרב ... זקני מוהר"ר יהוסף קונקי זצוק"ל" (f. 4r etc.); "שמעתי מפי קדוש מורינו בעל יד אהרן" (f. 20r), and a homiletic commentary from the year 5482 AM (1721/2 CE): "משם הר"ר יצחק ן' שושן נ"י" (f. 39r). Ff. 51r-52r: amulets and charms, most of them are from printed books. F. 54v: recycled paper leaf with calligraphy signatures.

- Ownership inscription on f. 10r: "רפאל שבתי הכהן". Black stamp on f. 1v: "יצחק כב"ר שמואל נחמה(?)".
