The legacy of Stanisław Roskosz, editor of the Western Press Agency, consists mainly of clippings and press articles, memoirs of prisoners and those repressed by the Third Reich during the Second World War, as well as typescripts of monographs not submitted to print on the living conditions of the Polish and Jewish population during the occupation. It covers the areas of Krakow, Poznań, Oświęcim and Warsaw. Most of the materials cover the years 1939-1945, as well as 1968 (the anti-Jewish policy of the communist authorities of Poland and the so-called post-March emigration of Jews to Israel). Part of the collected post-war press clippings are of a national-democratic and anti-Semitic nature.
