- In this collection we find an undated album with photos of the killing centre Auschwitz-Birkenau, donated to Prince Karel. It contains about twenty pictures, mostly one photo per page, mainly dating from after the liberation of the camp by the Red Army. The photos mainly depict the various buildings (crematoria, fences, gate, railway station, etc.), although there are also pictures of i.a. the piles of shoes, glasses, human hair, etc. as well as of working prisoners and the selection procedure. The captions are in French.
