- Scope and content:
- The Image & Sound Collection contains relevant material for this guide. We mainly note photos, leaflets and posters, often made in the context of commemorations, protests against racism and fascism, exhibitions, lectures, etc. Some photos date back to the 1930s and 1940s and relate to the antisemitic persecutions in Germany and protests against this policy in Belgium. We also note pictures of Jewish children, hidden during the Second World War in the home Edward Anseele. The collection also contains stickers and posters by various political organisations, designed by Willy Wolsztajn.
