- In this fonds we note the file no. 206 which contains circulars (1977) of the Interuniversitair Centrum voor de Studie van het Jodendom. File no. 151 contains documentation (notes, publications, excerpts from articles, circulars, etc.) related to associations active in the field of Judeo-Christian relations (1976). Both files also contain individual issues of periodicals.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- August Van Haegenborgh (1922-1986) was ordained in 1947. He served as priest in the diocese Antwerp (1962-1986) and taught at the Heilig-Hartcollege in Ganshoren (1949-1955). He became the diocesan provost (proost) in the Archbishopric of Mechelen (1953-1955) and national provost (1957-1968) for the Vrouwelijke Katholieke Studerende Jeugd. In addition, Van Haegenborgh was i.a. director of the research department of the Interdiocesaan Pastoraal Beraad and the first director of the Theologisch en Pastoraal Centrum.
