- This fonds contains press releases, photographs, documents concerning the Teko and Kickers companies, as well as publicity.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Théodore Kornblum was born in Borgerhout in 1932. His mother was deported, he was hidden and survived the war. After the war he opened a shoe company which would create the Teko sandals at the end of the 1950s. It became a flourishing business. From 1971 onwards he became the agent for the company Kickers. In 1981 he obtained the exclusive right to produce the Kickers brand for the Benelux, in his factory located in Brussels. (Interview of A. Cherton (MJB) with T. Kornblum, Brussels, 2009)
