- In file no. 113 (1951-1967) we find finished but never published political studies of baron Hervé de Gruben, including an essay on the “Jewish question”.

- Administrative/biographical history:
- Baron Hervé de Gruben was a Belgian high-ranking diplomat. He held several diplomatic and political functions in the 1930s and 1940s, i.a. in the Belgian embassy in Berlin (1927-1936), the cabinet of Prime Minister Van Zeeland (1936-1937) and the Belgian embassy in Washington (1937-1945). After the war he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he would ascend to secretary-general. In the 1950s Baron de Gruben became an ambassador in Bonn. (J.
