- Archival history:
- The records were collected by the chancellery of the Court; once the latter was dissolved in 1950, the records were added to the resource of the District Court (Sąd Rejonowy) of Dzierżoniów. In 2006, they became part of the State Archive of Wroclaw, Kamieniec-Ząbkowicki branch.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Municipal Court of Dzierżoniów was set up in 1945 as a first-instance court, pursuant to an ordnance of the President of the Republic of Poland from 1928. It was dissolved by means of a decree of the Minister of Justice in 1950. On a single judge basis, the Court adjudicated minor civil and criminal cases.
