- Scope and content:
- Genealogical book of the Sutin family. The oldest member of the family is Berka Nakhimovich Sutin, Jewish tradesman of Minsk province, Igumen povet, exiled to Siberia for participating in the Polish uprising of 1863-1864. The file includes a brief introduction about the family, some facts about the Polish uprising in 1863-1864, the genealogical story of the family with photocopies. There is a photocopy of a passport issued by Tara bourgeois uprava to Berka Nohimovich Sutin, 85 years old, in 1901. His sons were born in Tara (Omsk region), both shot and buried in 1937. The author also discusses the descendants of one of the sons, Hersh Berkovich Sutin. Photocopies and original photos of the members of the family are also included. The author is Yakov Aaronovich Sutin.

- He died of a stroke on 5 August 1998 and is buried at Novoevreyskom cemetery in Omsk. Frumgarts's archive of more than 10,000 negatives is held in the museum "Art of Omsk".
