- The collection contains estimates of the Omsk post and telegraph district, government networks, estimates for the laying of underground cables, annual reports, lists of subscribers and letters of appointment of pensions. Also included is personal information on Jewish employees and the appointment of their pensions and lump sums. There is correspondence between the Ministry of Finance and Omsk post and telegraph district on the pension of Jewish officer Luka Moiseevich, including a certificate of withdrawal on the state of health, a statement of reinforced pensions including the birth data, personal information, financial information, a certificate of employment with a job history, telegrams, correspondence with various departments, retirement statement and information on participation in revolutionary events.
