- The collection contains personal materials. It also includes files on the Jews accused of activities against the White government, evading military service, etc. The files reveal the relationship of Jews with non-Jewish population of Omsk and the history of Jewish families. In particular there is a case of Reuben Moiseevich Fishelev suspected of propaganda in favour of the Bolsheviks in 1919. The file contains reports of suspected action in favour of Soviet power, the lists of suspects, search report, a search warrant, and decisions while the protocol includes personal data, origin, family relations, education, family history, occupation, participation in hostilities and interrogation protocols of 5 Jews.
