- The collection contains reports and observational files of the Omsk Emergency Commission. There are Jews in the list of former White officers, deregistered from a special account, as well as the list of former White officers who were under investigation and were in the Omsk forced labour camp for White officers and treated at the hospital (1920).

- Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Department for Combating of Counterrevolution at the Omsk Soviet of Workers, Peasants’ and Soldiers’ Deputies was founded on 9 March 1918. Its activities spread throughout the territory of Western Siberia. The Siberian emergency committee was renamed the Omsk Provincial Emergency Committee under the Siberian Revolutionary Committee. In 1922, the Commission was abolished and replaced with the Political Department at the Executive Committee.
