Scope and content:: The collection includes minutes of village council meetings, reports on the activities of village councils, correspondence with village councils, minutes of general meetings of citizens, lists of trade and industry, vegetable plots, materials of the land department, financial statements, reports of cultural and education department [kultprovet], information on religious organizations, as well as personal files of workers, including secretaries of Nikolaevsky and Shpehtovsky and village councils of Jewish nationality. Personal file contains an excerpt from the order of the executive committee of Omsk Region, references and applications. The questionnaire includes personal data, nationality, origin, marital status, education, profession, military service, party affiliation and work in Soviet institutions.

Archival history:: Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.
