Scope and content:: The collection includes protocols of city council meetings; draft provisions; decisions of the district council; minutes of meetings of the commission on juvenile affairs; commission reports on the struggle with the elements, health department, the employment of citizens, on the activities of the department of culture, cultural and educational institutions, criminal investigation reports, proceedings of education departments; materials on religious cults. The documents include a list of sects, including conversations with believers, documents, photos, information about the state of religiosity of the population of Oktyabrsky district (Jewish synagogue), the list of religious communities, including the Jewish community of Omsk. The plan of the commission of worship for a year (Jews were among the members of the commission); minutes of committee meetings; acts of collection of unregistered groups of believers; information about working with schools in the district; protocols of preventive work and promotion of legislation on religious cults.

Archival history:: Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.
