The collection contains protocols of plenum meetings of the Executive Committee; draft provisions; minutes of meetings of the Presidium of the district executive committee [rayispolkom]; decisions of the Executive Committee; minutes of meetings of the commission on juvenile affairs; commission reports on the struggle with the elements; reports of the health department, the employment of citizens, on the activities of the department of culture; cultural and educational institutions; reports of criminal investigations; proceedings of the departments of education; reports on the number and lists of employees of the district executive committee and correspondence with the regional courts.
The collection also includes correspondence about the activities of religious communities and sects; documents on religious cults; references; information provided by the Executive Committee on matters of worship; personal files of individuals deprived of their electoral rights in 1924-1936, including Jews. Personal files include references about the existence of households, information about electoral rights, information about activities, occupational history (that a person is not engaged in trade and handicrafts), a brief curriculum vitae indicating family history; election agenda, references from neighbours, personal cards to the members of the Board of the the Executive Committee of Central Executive Committee as well as to the boards of the Congress delegates and extracts from the report on the withdrawal from the plenum of the Leninsky district Council.
