The collection contains decisions of the Council of People's Commissars of USSR; circulars of the Central Executive Committee; decisions of the Presidium of the Siberian Revolutionary Committee, Omsk provincial executive committee and commissariats; joint resolutions of the Bureau of the city committee; decisions of the sessions of the City Council and City Executive Committee; minutes of city council meetings and reports on election meetings of workers and employees of enterprises and institutions; work plans of the Presidium and the Secretariat; reports, memoranda, certificates, information on the execution of the city budget; documents on elections to the city council; orders of voters; lists of members of the sections; committees of the City Council.
The collection also provides information about the village councils on national population, including Jews in 1931; data on the Jewish collective farms of the Omsk region (2 collective farms), data on the receipt and expenditure of funds by religious associations; work plans and minutes of meetings of the Commission on National Affairs of the Omsk City Council (1931-1934); information about the Jewish religious community; a list of registered associations; materials on discussions on worship (the use of the books necessary for worship in synagogues); personal files of disenfranchised Jews in 1920-1937.
