- The collection includes orders of the Provincial Military Committee; lists of employees of the Provincial Military Committee; statements on the issue of salaries; profiles and personal files of former White officers, some of whom were Jews (M.S. Gubergrits, Z.M. Peysakhovich, L.A. Shprakh and others). These files include dates of birth and military rank of the former white officers. Among the personal files are also files of Jewish employees in the Provincial Military Committee (D.M. Gubergrits, I.N. Goldberg, D.M. Gurevich and others).
