- The collection includes annual statistical reports on the number and composition of employees who had higher or secondary education (1970s-1980s), a list of executives with full personal data (1974), lists of participants of the Great Patriotic War, references and reports on the work of staff and lists of administrative personnel (1984). It also contains a personal file of the circus director, the honoured worker of culture of RSFSR, a veteran of the Soviet circus, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War Mikhail Semenovich Tsuckerman (25 December 1970 - 23 October 1995, 76 pages).

- Omsk State Circus was established before the revolution (according to the director, in 1897). From 1949 to 1952 the State Circus was answerable to the General Directorate of the State Circuses of the Arts Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, from 1953 to 1957 to the Office of the State Circus of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR, from 1958 to 1968 to All-Union State Circus. In 1969 the Omsk State Circus became subject of the All-Union Lenin's Order Association of State Circuses "Soyuzgostsirk".
