- The collection contains lists of members and candidates elected to Omsk City Council of the second electoral district (1922), lists of departments of the executive committee, members of the presidium and plenum, the members of the executive committees of county and township, personal cards and profiles of members of the executive committee (1923). Lists of religious groups and communities (1923). Materials at the request of inheritance of assets remaining after the death of M Y Grinberg, M B Zablodsky, N D Teper, and others (early 1920s.). Lists of employees of the executive committee and the department of management and lists of dismissed persons (1923). Personal files of employees of Jewish origin: V M Abramovich, A V Averburg, I Y Weisberg, J Waldman, O Golzberg, S Z Katz, E A Norina, D S Paltsenshteyn, K E Faldman, N I Furschik (early 1920s).

- The Department of Management of the Executive Committee of the Omsk Provincial Council of Workers, Peasants and Red Army Deputies was established in September 1920. It was the administrative and organisational body of the regional executive committee. The Department had subdivisions: general, instructors and information, city - county, organisational, control over evacuation of population, estimate and counting; and commissions: administrative, on the distribution of property after the death of citizens, zoning, sanitary, pass office. The Department operated until December 1923.
