The collection contains copies of minutes of meetings of the Presidium of the Siberian Regional Executive Committee executive, Siberian Regional Planning Commission, decrees, orders of Omsk District Executive Committee, plans, reports, activity reports, documents for elections to the Councils of the Omsk Region, documents on the nationalisation and municipalisation of the property, correspondence and documents on the development of the industry and agriculture, on cultural and educational work.
The collection includes personal files of Jewish employees of the district executive committee of the Council of workers. Personal files consist of profiles for persons entering Soviet commercial and administrative institutions, including personal data, age, party affiliation, address, marital status, data on relatives, social origin, education, property status, property status of parents, information about the service in the White and the Red army, information on how and from where a person came to Siberia, where he lived before moving, information about what he did and where he was in 1918, whether held liable under the Soviet regime, the track record in the Soviet administrative offices, trade union membership, whether any family members suffered from "cleaning" in Soviet institutions, whether a person had relatives abroad, attitude to the Soviet regime; certificate containing the location and position of a person, extracts from the orders on the appointment and removal from office, lists of the employees awarded with medals.
