- This collection includes lists of candidates for deputies of the district council, personal record cards of Deputies (1970s), lists of the executive committee of workers with full personal data (1986) and information on the results of the election to the District Council of People's Deputies (1987), which included Jews.

- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Orgbureau [organisational office] of Kulomzinsky District Council was established on 23 March 1933. The district council was organised by 16 April 1933. On 31 December 1934, Kulomzinsky area was renamed Kirovsky. With the adoption of the new Constitution on 7 October 1977 the executive committee of the Kirov District council of Workers' Deputies was called the executive committee of the Kirov District Council of People's Deputies, subordinated to the executive committee of the Omsk City Council of People's Deputies. According to the decision of the head of the Kirov district administration number 92 on 3 January 1992, the executive committee of the Kirov District Council of People's Deputies ceased to function on 4 January 1992.
