- The collection contains proclamations, appeals and leaflets, newspapers and manifestos, decrees of the interim government, circulars of ministries, appeals of committees, copies of emergency telegrams, guidance of police commissioner and appeals of various parties, including the proclamations of the Siberian Social-Democratic Union - Russian Social Democratic Labour Party Committee of the St Petersburg Committee of the RSDLP royal constitution and relating to the Zlatoust massacre and Kishinev pogrom of 1903, and other antisemitic pogroms.
