- The collection contains records relating to numerous legal cases, including that of the removal of the Jewish merchant Mariupolsky from unauthorised use of public land, owned by the Vikulov Rural Society, from 1886.

- Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- District courts were established in 1822 as the representation of the courts of the first instance in civil and criminal cases. They were abolished in 1897 with the establishment of legal regulations in Siberia. In the place of district courts, Omsk district court of all classes for the Ministry of Justice for civil and criminal cases was established.
