- This collection includes statistical information on the number of Jews serving in military units (artillery unit, Omsk Internal Guards, 4th Line Battalion of Western Siberia, management of Omsk commandant and convict number 55 company, engineering artisans number 15 team, the settlement operating company) in the second part of the city of Omsk in 1863. It also contains information about the Jews under the supervision of police on the orders of the judicial authorities.
