- This collection includes documents about the revolutionary movement of the student riots in Tomsk, containing information on Jewish participants. Inventory number 3 covers the criminal cases of the Omsk Gendarmerie regarding Jews at beginning of the 20th century.

- The Omsk Trial Chamber and its prosecutor were established in 1899. This post was abolished in December 1917, re-established by the Provisional Siberian Government in June 1918 and finally abolished in November 1919. The prosecutor was directly subordinate to the Minister of Justice.
