- This collection includes minutes of meetings of the teachers' council, class registers, personal files of students and correspondence regarding accountants and economic issues. It also includes personal files of Jewish employees and students, such as L P Abol, Z M Gutermakher, M Imanbal', G A Shprakh and others. Personal files include personal data, age, marital status, social status, place of residence and certificates.

- Materials were added to the archive as part of the standard local process.

- In 1852 the paramedic school was opened at the Military Hospital. In 1878 it was renamed as Omsk Central Medical School. In 1918 the school was renamed as Obstetric-Paramedic School of the Akmola Regional Government. On the basis of this school, a medical school [teknnikum] was created.
