- The collection provides information about the history of education in Siberia. It includes decrees and orders of higher authorities; documents about teachers and students; track records and official lists, including private files of Jews (13 students), formulary lists, data from the books of the public rabbi of Omsk, data about parents, origin, place of residence, medical certificates, birth certificates, certificates of completion of the course, certificates of military service, passport books, diplomas and graduation certificates.

- The commercial school was established in 1905. In 1920 the School was attached to Omsk Agricultural Institution. Only personal files are preserved and only for the period of 1910-1919.
