The collection includes cases regarding the participation of Jews in the revolutionary movement in Siberia in the early 20th century, such as the craftsman Abrams Holmer and students of Tomsk Institute of Technology Foma Peslyak convicted of a state crime,1903-1905; an inquiry produced in the case of the peasant S. Brodsky and petty bourgeois Ivanov accused of distributing leaflets of revolutionary nature, 1905; a case against Leyba Haimovich Kom et al. accused of participation in a public assemblage in Narym Tomsk province for the purpose of protesting against existing laws, 1915.
It also includes criminal and civil cases, such as the case on the appeal of the editor of the newspaper "Siberian bulletin" Grigory Preysman accused of a false notice in the newspaper, 1901; an inquiry of the local doctor P Dickstein, accused of untimely departure while performing an autopsy, 1902-1903; an investigation of veterinarian Sawa Edelstein, accused of crimes, 1901-1903; an inquiry in the case of the exiles tradesman A.I. Shtelman from the village Tyumenevskoe Mariinsky district of Tomsk province, accused of insulting the tsar, 1905; an inquiry in the case of the former head of the technical department of the service of Siberian railway Haim Mordukh Broido accused of extortion and bribery, 1911-1912; a case on appeal of tradesman Yelizar Berkov Kahn, who is accused of insulting the tsar, 1915.
Also included in the collection are personnel files of employees of the Omsk Trial Chamber and county courts A Y Bodin, D I Eldshteyn, K N Lazarevic, V M Mendel, E I Neiman and I I Sipovich.
