- This collection contains copies of circulars of the Ministry of Railways, the mandatory regulations of the railway administration, copies of decisions of the special committee of Omsk railway, statistical reports, correspondence with the gendarmerie and fragmentary information about strike movements. It also includes acts regulating the presence and activities of Jews on the railway, secret correspondence on positions to which Catholics and Jews would not be admitted, delivery of certification lists (1896), secret correspondence on limiting the military rights of Jews (1905) and personnel files of Jewish employees working on the railroad.
- Archival history:
- No complete collection of documents was received from the Omsk railway administration; some of the documents were recovered from other collections. In 1950 some documents were transferred from the Central State Historical Archive in Leningrad.
