- This collection consists of a variety of documents, some of which deal specifically with the activity of the Jewish community and Jewish organisations from Târgu Mureș and Mureș county. Item no. 65 contains information about emigration to Israel; Zionism; Jewish organisations like “Agudas Izrael”; correspondence between Jews from Mureș county and those who left for Israel; Joint Organisation; Organisation for Supporting the Jews from Bukovina; activity of the Jewish community from Târgu Mureș. Item no. 69 contains information on Zionism; leaders of the Jewish organisations “Poale-Sion”, “Mizrachi”, “Haoved-Hacion”, “Ichud”, “Mismar”, “Hasomer Hataid” and on the Jewish Democratic Committee and Jewish community life in the towns of Reghin, Tărnâveni and Blaj and the surrounding areas.
