- Pertaining to Jewish history and culture is an autograph manuscript of a translation (by G. F. Gnesin) from the Italian of Giovanni Bovio’s play Christ at the Feast of Purim, which depicts numerous scenes of everyday Judaic religious life in ancient Israel (undated); and a manuscript copy of G. F. Gnesin’s poetry collection My Songs, which includes the poems “A Jewish Mother’s Lullaby,” “A Jewish Song to One’s Beloved” (1903-36), etc.
