Scope and content:: Aside from monuments of material culture (household and ritual items; medals awarded to Jewish veterans of the Second World War; etc.), the collection includes written and visual sources, among them a Torah scroll (late 19th c.); photographs of Jewish Holocaust victims, including students of the Dobroe Jewish labour school (Bashtanka district) and residents of the villages of Dobroe and Novopoltavka (Novyi Bug district, Nikolaev region) (1941); photographs depicting the re-interment of the remains of Jews who perished during the occupation, and public memorial services in the villages of Dobroe and Bogdanovka (Domanevka district, Nikolaev region) (1960, 1965, 2008); and a photograph of the memorial in the village of Krivoe Ozero (Krivoe Ozero district, Nikolaev region) to Jewish Holocaust victims and persons who had been interned in ghettos and concentration camps (1990); etc.

Archival history:: This was opened in 1999 by the Jewish Culture Society in the city of Mykolaiv/Nikolaev. In 2007, its fonds were merged with materials from the Chesed (Chesed Menachem) Museum.
