- Included are poll-tax censuses of the Jewish communities of the village of Budki (1834), as well as of the Mokraia Kaligorka, Ekaterinopol’, Lipianka, Lysianka, and Stupichanka kahals (1816).
- Administrative/biographical history:
- These were established pursuant to the Regulation on the Provinces (1775). They were in charge of receiving, storing, and issuing state funds, including all types of income, zemstvo duties and payments. They were under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance and were immediately subordinate to corresponding provincial treasuries. They were liquidated in February 1919.
