- Materials housed in the fonds include information on the conduct of revolutionary propaganda in the army by representatives of various political parties, including the Bund (1906), and by personnel from the Petrograd branch of the Jewish Committee for the Relief of War Victims (EKOPO) as well as from hospitals of the All-Russian Zemstvo Union and other agencies (1916); orders that measures be taken to counteract agents of revolutionary organisations, mostly Jews, who were allegedly inciting Poles among the lower ranks to surrender; mandating that low-ranking Jews taken from military ambulance trains be sent to the nearest reserve battalions and on to forward areas (1915); the order of the commander-in-chief of the armies of the Southwestern Front that military institutions with a staff of more than twenty persons be no more than 5% Jewish (18 February 1917); etc.
