- Documents housed in the fonds (op. 1, 4) include a report on the results of a registration of the residents of the city of Rovno (23-31 July and 15 August 1941); lists of registered Jewish craftsmen and of small industrial enterprises, with an accompanying letter from the Rovno Judenrat to the Rovno burgomaster (4 August 1941); and lists of Jewish workers, and financial documents thereof (salary payment records; copies of invoices; etc.).

- This was a local body of the so-called Ukrainian auxiliary administration; it was set up by the German authorities during the occupation of the Rovno region in 1941-44.
