- Documents housed in the fonds include registers of Jewish farm owners and renters systematised by community (1933), statistical information on the size and ethnic makeup of the population of the communities of Lutsk county (1931-34), and data on the ethnic composition of Lutsk county according to the census of 1931.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The sejmik was a body of local self-government established in accordance with the Polish Constitution of 1921 that included both specially elected councillors and members of the county department – the executive body of the sejmik – headed by a starosta, who was at the same time the sejmik chairman. The activities of the Lutsk Sejmik extended to all aspects of the economic, social, and cultural life of the county. Its functions also included supervision of Jewish communal administrations. It was itself subordinate to the Volhynia Wojewodship Administration. It was liquidated in September 1939.
