Scope and content:: The fond contains files with charts and descriptions of plots on which Jewish and Karaite communal buildings and houses of worship were located; materials pertaining to the biographies of such Jewish businessmen and public figures as V. M. Bokshitskii, I. M. Zaks, Ia. N. Kapler, A. Kh.-M. Shvarts, and others; an order of the Kiev, Podolia, and Volhynia governor-general prohibiting the election of non-Russians to the post of Bank chairman or board member (1885); etc.

Administrative/biographical history:: This credit corporation, established in 1872 by landowners of the Kiev, Podolia, Volhynia, Chernigov, and Poltava provinces, performed loan and accounting operations vis-à-vis mortgaged real estate (land plots, estates, and urban homesteads). It was under the jurisdiction of the Finance Ministry. It was nationalised in 1919.

Moreover, op. 14 has various materials not included in the previous inventories; and op. 15 includes charts and maps.
