- The fond contains files with charts and descriptions of plots on which Jewish and Karaite communal buildings and houses of worship were located; materials pertaining to the biographies of such Jewish businessmen and public figures as V. M. Bokshitskii, I. M. Zaks, Ia. N. Kapler, A. Kh.-M. Shvarts, and others; an order of the Kiev, Podolia, and Volhynia governor-general prohibiting the election of non-Russians to the post of Bank chairman or board member (1885); etc.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- This credit corporation, established in 1872 by landowners of the Kiev, Podolia, Volhynia, Chernigov, and Poltava provinces, performed loan and accounting operations vis-à-vis mortgaged real estate (land plots, estates, and urban homesteads). It was under the jurisdiction of the Finance Ministry. It was nationalised in 1919.

- The fond includes fifteen inventories systematised mainly according to the structural-chronological principle; some of the documents are also ordered by population centre and alphabetically by borrower surname.
