- Included in the fond are court and investigative files on pogroms against Jews, in particular, in Kiev (26-27 April 1881 and 18-20 October 1905), Konotop (27 April 1881), Lubny (27 July 1881), and Smela (3 May 1881). There are also files on Jewish military personnel accused of being members of Jewish political parties (the Bund, the Jewish Socialist Workers’ Party [SERP], etc.); of desertion; of intentionally maiming themselves for the purpose of evading military service; of failing to carry out commanders’ orders; and other violations of discipline.
