- Among materials housed in the fold are files on various people accused of being in possession of and distributing (in Odessa and the city of Proskurov [Podolia province]) the Bund-issued proclamations “Who is Helping the Government Carry Out Pogroms,” “To All Citizens of the City of Odessa,” and others (1906); people accused of being members of the Jewish Socialist Workers’ Party (SERP) and Po’ale Tsiyon; of distributing proclamations and pamphlets issued by these parties, and organizing (in the city of Klarash [Bessarabia province]) a Po’ale Tsiyon party group (1907); people accused of inciting residents of Kishinev, Vinnitsa, and Elizavetgrad to carry out pogroms against Jews; and people accused of beating Jews and distributing pro-pogrom proclamations among soldiers (1917).
