- The fonds contains an agenda of the district court. It is divided according to individual periods into civil, criminal and land book agendas. The files can be searched on the basis of the register. The fonds includes the death register 1850-1897, the list of estates 1895-1897, where there can be data on Jews, but only as index records, and an index to the protocol of wills (1850-97). The D estate files includes those of the Jewish population, among others. The E guardianship files have only been preserved for the period of 1850-53. The files of individual deceased persons contain biographical information about the person, their relatives, property, and inheritance.
- Archival history:
- The fonds has not been inventoried so its history is unknown. From the court registry, the documents were handed over to the Vlašim People's Court. After the expiration of statutory appraisal periods, the documents were gradually handed over to the Benešov District Archives.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- After the abolition of the lordship administration and with the establishment of a new organisation of political and judicial administration, the Vlašim District Court was established in 1850 for the judicial district of the same name. In the period from 26 May 1855 to 31 August 1868, the political and judicial administrations were merged into one office, which became the so-called mixed district office. The separation of political and judicial administrations took place again in 1868, when a district court was established, which existed until 1949.
