- The fonds contains statutes from 1890, minutes of meetings from 1890, lists of members, correspondence from 1890-1900, and accounting material from 1890-1899.
- Archival history:
- The documents of the fonds were found after the deportation of the Jewish population in 1942 in the Soběslav synagogue. The fonds was stored in the Soběslav District Archives and in 1960 it was transferred to the Tábor District Archives as a result of administrative reorganisation.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Jewish funeral fraternity of Soběslav was established in 1890 for the district of the Jewish religious community in Soběslav. The seat of the fraternity was in Soběslav. It is unknown when the fraternity ceased to exist. Political district: 1850-1855 Tábor, 1855-1868 Soběslav, 1868-1949 Tábor. Judicial district: Soběslav.
