Also relevant are the files relating to the declaration of death (file no. M) from 1945–1959, the registers with the index for the declaration of death 1945–1959, and the guardianship and trusteeship files and registers (file no. E, IV, P) from 1850– 1855, 1886–1959.
- Archival history:
- The documents of the fonds of the Holice District Court were stored in the State Regional Archives in Zámrsk, from where they were transferred in 1992 to the State District Archives in Pardubice. From the late 1970s, documents of the former District Court in Holice and the District People's Court in Holice began to be transferred from the District Court in Pardubice to the District Archives in Pardubice. Since 2002, the archives have received several additions. Due to the considerable fragmentation caused by a lot of additions and by the division into two files (District Court Holice 1850–1949 and District People's Court Holice 1949–1960), these files were consolidated, during a general inventory in 2013, into a single file and documents from individual additions were arranged in a new handlist.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Holice District Court was established on 14 June 1849. In 1850–1855, it belonged to the district of the Regional Court in Vysoké Mýto. In the years 1855–1868 it was a mixed judicial-political district office. In 1868, the mixed district offices were again divided into separate district courts and district offices. In 1952, the courts were divided into people's courts (former district courts), regional courts and the Supreme Court. A new arrangement in 1960 brought about a reorganisation of the courts. During this territorial reorganisation, the people's courts in Přelouč and Holice ceased to exist and one court was created in Pardubice for all three regions.
