- Scope and content:
- The fonds contains books of announcements of worship, confirmation, and inventories of churches. The files consist of register, economic, criminal and other matters. In the file material, the Jewish population is explicitly mentioned in the following sections: Affairs of Non-Catholics - Jews 1842-1847 (inv. No. 28), and Affairs of Non-Catholics - conversions A-Z from 1810 and 1889–1950 (inv. No. 27).

- The fonds was transferred to the District Archives in Kolín in 1960. The present arrangement dates from 2010.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The parish office in Starý Kolín already existed in the pre-Hussite period. However, it disappeared during the Hussite wars and was not restored until 1681. In the 18th century, the administration of the Starý Kolín rectory was reduced to Starý Kolín and the village of Bašta. The Starý Kolín parish office ceased to exist in 2005, when it was merged with the Archdeacon's Office in Kolín.
