- The fonds contains the following documents: inheritance files, guardianship files, files of civil affairs, criminal files, deprivation of legal capacity, extracts from old land books, documents for a new land book from 1884 - sorted by municipality, presidium registry finding aids, registers of judicial agendas.
- Archival history:
- The documents of the Příbram District Court (Bezirksgericht Přibram) have been gradually transferred to the State District Archives after the retention period.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- District courts were established on the basis of an imperial decision from 1849 as single courts for the territories of individual judicial districts. With the reform of 1855, the judicial agenda was entrusted to the mixed district authorities. In 1868, the separate district courts were re-established. The network of district courts remained unchanged until a judicial reorganisation in 1949.
