- The fonds has been preserved only in fragments.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- In 1925, district trade associations were established as a substitute for industrial associations in the past. Within them, there were trade unions for individual trades. The association was managed by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Mayor. In 1943 the governor, and in 1945 a temporary administrator, were appointed the heads.
